Being able to reduce and relieve the discomfort does not have to be difficult. The use of our heated Body Thermal makes it easy with just 2 minutes per side in the microwave.

The microwaveable, heated Body Thermal is versatile, perfect for after a massage or just while watching television.
Freeze the Thermal or microwave it depending on your preference.

Directions:
* Microwave for 2 minute, turn thermal over and microwave for an additional 2 minute (if needed)
**DO NOT exceed 2 minutes per side.**
* Allow thermal to cool completely before re-heating
* Freeze for cold therapy

Cautions:
* Do not leave unattended during heating
* Overheating my cause thermal and/or contents to ignite
* Continuous low heat in one area may cause burns
* Adult supervision with use on children
* DO NOT use on infants or toddlers under 60 lbs
* Do not use if medical problem exists before consulting a doctor
* If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a doctor
